Sher is the founder of Culinaire Staffing and has been in the hospitality industry for her entire career. This is her passion. As a result, she has built up an extensive network of businesses and people in the industry. Sher often knows about cutting-edge industry trends before they become cutting-edge. Her grandfather owned restaurants and hotels which probably accounts for the fact that she grows heirloom tomatoes in her sustainable garden, and makes her cheese and pasta. By her admission, Sher is a “foodie” with a love of restaurants.

When it comes to relaxation and fun you might find her writing a song, playing the guitar or banjo, hanging out at farmers’ markets, or learning about a wide variety of subjects. Honesty and integrity aren’t just words to her, they are cornerstones of her business and her career.

Steen grew up in the famed Gourmet District of Berkeley California, amidst the pioneers of modern progressive farm to table and organic California cuisine. Steen started his career in the kitchens and quickly worked up to Chef. Moving into operations and training, Steen would go on to open over 100 new store concepts. From dishwasher to V.P. Of Operations, Steen is fluent in all facets of operations, and uses this depth of knowledge to, discover and pair the perfect match for your hospitality opportunities
